State-Of-The-Art Fitness

Our integrated three-story sports medicine and fitness facility combines performance, fitness and wellness solutions for athletes of all ages. Our 77,000 sq. ft. facility houses Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital, and ROC Ventures. The Milwaukee Wave, The Milwaukee Milkmen, along with several college athletes, high school athletes, professional athletes, and youth soccer and baseball clubs utilize the MOSH Performance Center all year round to improve their performance. The building features a regulation-sized indoor soccer field and a 100-yard football field, along with two indoor baseball/softball fields and indoor batting cages. We have one goal in mind - to keep the community well.
